At Sharadsoft, we focus exclusively on selling downloadable software utilities. Since we do not sell any physical goods, the concept of returns does not apply to our products. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the suitability of the software before purchasing an activation key.
Refund Policy
As all our products are digital in nature:
-Refunds will not be provided once an activation key has been delivered and used.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet;

-Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Activation Key Reissue Policy
Overview
Activation keys are tied to individual devices based on their MAC IDs and are non-transferable. However, in the event of device failure within three months of our software utility purchase, we will provide a reissued activation key linked to the new device.
Eligibility Criteria
-The request must be made within three months of the original purchase date.
-Users must provide the original purchase (our software utility) invoice.
-The MAC ID of the original device and the new device must be submitted.
Limitations
-Only one reissue per activation key purchase is allowed.
-Reissued keys are subject to verification and approval.
-Misuse or fraudulent requests will not be entertained.
